The LadyCup Revolution is a new menstrual cup that makes menstruation a lot more comfortable. Produced in Europe since 2007, the LadyCup is one of the best-known and most popular menstrual cups on the market. Discover the revamped design specially made for a worry-free menstruation.

- Lifespan of 5-10 years with proper maintenance

- Good for the environment as well as your wallet. After 4 periods, the LadyCup is cheaper than other menstrual products.
How the LadyCup menstrual cup works
- The Cup is inserted into the vagina, where it stays in place by creating a slight vacuum.
- Insert it and leave it in place for up to 12 hours. Then rinse with water and it is ready to use again.
- We recommend sterilising the cup at the beginning and end of your period by boiling it in water (for about 5 minutes), in a sterilising cup or by using Milton's sterilising tablets.
What do sizes S & L mean?
Size S (small) is recommended for women up to 30 years, who have not given birth or delivered via caesarean section. For light periods and the cup is also suitable for ladies who are not yet sexually active.
Size L (large) is recommended for women over 30 years old, for women who have given birth vaginally and for heavy periods.
How do you insert the LadyCup?
- Make sure your hands are clean and sterilise the Laducup before use.
- If desired, use water, LadyGel or LadyLube (natural water-based lubricant) to insert the cup.
- Insert the cup with a folded shape. Several techniques are explained in this video.
- Hold the cup at the bottom as much as possible.
- Insert the cup diagonally backwards, directed into the vagina.
- The correct positioning of the LadyCup is lower than that of a tampon.
- Release the LadyCup, it now folds open automatically and positions itself against the vagina wall.
- You can hold the menstrual cup for up to 12 hours, depending on the severity of your period.
How to remove the LadyCup?
- Make sure your hands are clean before removing the menstrual cup.
- Adopt a position you find comfortable: sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing.
- In one of these positions you will find the stalk of the LadyCup
- Gently press the bottom of the LadyCup with index finger and your thumb. Gently pull/wiggle the cup downwards. Never pull the handle of the menstrual cup without first breaking the vacuum.
- Empty the contents of the cup.
Discover the new design of LadyCup Revolution
Because it does not absorb liquids and no bacteria adhere to its completely smooth surface, it does not cause any changes to the natural vaginal environment. The cup feels smooth and soft, but is also flexible enough to adjust and unfold easily. Compared to cups that are too soft, there is no risk of leaking if you tighten your pelvic floor (for example, when exercising).
The LadyCup Revolution also has a new stem in the form of three balls. These can be shortened to the length that suits you best, allowing you to customise your LadyCup to your specific needs. You can even remove the stem altogether. Use sharp scissors to cut off the stem and be careful not to damage the cup.
The LadyCup Revolution is made of state-of-the-art medical-grade silicone with a "shiny", very smooth surface treatment. This facilitates insertion and removal of the cup compared to cups with a standard or matte surface. LadyCup is the combination of optimal shape and very high-quality material. LadyCup is manufactured in a special clean environment and meets the requirements of high quality. The LadyCup product has a recommendation issued by the National Institute of Public Health.
There are no marks, legend or symbols on the inside or outside, making it very easy to maintain. The vacuum holes ensure proper functioning. The LadyCup Revolution now has four holes on the same level, allowing the cup to unfold easily and use the full volume of the cup. These holes not only ensure a tight seal by creating a vacuum, but also let you know when to empty the cup - when the cup is full, blood may slowly start leaking through the holes.
