Returns

No complaint but return


You can always return your order within 14 days, PROVIDED THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN USED. Products with an expiration date must not be opened. Products without an expiration date can be removed from the packaging.

  • Send an email to info@biocare.nl with your order number + reason for return
  • You will receive a return number from us
  • Pack it as well as possible, preferably in the original box in which you received your order
  • Mention the return number on the outside of the box
  • The shipping costs for returning a product are not reimbursed
  • If the purchase amount falls below €50 after the return, we will deduct the shipping costs

Note: INIKA items with the old packaging cannot be returned. This is because these items have been renewed and will not return to our assortment.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including any shipping costs credited. Only the costs of return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Biocare Online.

To use this right, please contact us at info@biocare.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided we have received the product in good and original condition.

Complaints Procedure


We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@biocare.nl. We are happy to find a solution together with you. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union. Of course, we are happy if you first report a complaint to us. We will always try to find an appropriate solution.
