Ordering at biocareonline.nl

Ordering from Biocareonline.nl is very easy by following the steps in the shopping cart. Once you have placed an order through our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, it could be because you entered an incorrect email address and the confirmation email cannot reach you. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue.


Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. If you place your order after 15:00, we will ship your package the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking code. This allows you to track your order to see when and what time the package will be delivered to your home. We send all our packages with PostNL, but you can also pick up your order from our store at De Veken 17 in Opmeer.

For orders of €50 or more, shipping is FREE.
For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

Shipping to Belgium:
For orders of €79.95 or more, shipping is FREE.
For orders under €79.95, a shipping fee of €8.95 applies.

Shipping to France:
For orders of €80 or more, shipping is FREE.
For orders under €80, a shipping fee of €11.95 applies.

Shipping to Germany:
For orders of €79.95 or more, shipping is FREE.
For orders under €79.95, a shipping fee of €8.95 applies.

Shipping to Spain:
For orders of €100 or more, shipping is FREE.
For orders under €100, a shipping fee of €11.95 applies.

Is there a product Out of Stock?

We strive to have all products in stock at all times. Only if the product is (temporarily) unavailable from the supplier will it be listed as 'out of stock' in the shop. A product might also be on its way from the supplier to us, which means it will usually be available again within a few days. Would you like to receive an email when the product is back in stock? Send us an email at info@biocare.nl and tell us which product you are interested in, and we will notify you as soon as it is available again.
