Online Marketeer (32-40 hours)
Biocare is the organic wholesaler of the Netherlands with an online online shop and a physical showroom in Opmeer and has exclusive contracts with beautiful natural cosmetics and sustainable lifestyle brands. Since 2022, Biocare has launched its own brand. Our customers are nature shops, online (organic) shops, beauty salons, concept stores & department stores within the Benelux. We also serve consumers directly through the platform biocareonline.nl. We believe it is important to create awareness and make an impact together regarding sustainability and microplastics in cosmetics. Job description activities
You will be ultimately responsible for the marketing and positioning of biocareproducts.nl, biocareonline.nl and greenpeople.nl. You will do this together with team marketing & communications. The main activities involved are:
-Coordinating and implementing online marketing/e-commerce strategy
-Analysing website data and converting it into new opportunities and optimisations
-Coordinating campaigns translated into the websites, newsletters and news releases on the websites
-Monitoring and analysing sales results and other KPIs
-Coordinating (technical) implementations on the web shops and liaising with (external) partners (e.g. marketplaces)
-Operational and support work around e-commerce activities such as writing SEO blogs, entering and writing SEO technical product texts and graphic design
It is a versatile job with lots of challenges. In our company, there is a cosy hectic atmosphere.
Employee profile
-You have completed a relevant HBO study or have at least 5 years' experience in the requested work within e-commerce
-You speak and write good Dutch and English
-You are highly analytical and results-oriented
-You work precisely, accurately and are keen on details
-Furthermore, you are communicatively strong and a team player who makes a difference by going the extra mile
-You are up to date with the latest e-commerce techniques and tools such as conversion optimisation, UX, marketing automation etc.
-Experienced with the backend of an e-commerce platform (e.g. Wordpress, Logic4)
-You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
