It is best to clean the LadyCup with lukewarm/cold water, possibly with natural soap. Rinse the menstrual cup well under running water. You can now use the cup again. Are you traveling or do you have no water to hand? Clean the menstrual cup with clean paper or with a bottle of water if you have one with you.
We recommend boiling the menstrual cup at the end of each menstrual period. Very useful for this are the MILTON Sterilization tablets from LadyCup. You can use this after every menstrual period for an intensive cleaning of the LadyCup.
