Composition per daily dose of 1 tablet:
Minerals (elemental amount) magnesium (oxide, bisglycinate) 400 mg - 107% RI calcium (carbonate, bisglycinate) 200 mg - 25% RI
selenium (L-selenomethionine) 10 mcg - 18% RI
zinc (-gluconate) 10 mg - 100% RI

Use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet per day unless otherwise advised. Preferably taken during or after a meal
